Losing eyelashes sucks doesn't it?! I have been without mine for about 2 and a half years now. I would love to have permanent eyeliner, but I'm way too scared about how much it would hurt (my eyebrows hurt a LOT!) I just use eyeliner to give my eyes some definition (like you I have very pale skin and look very washed out without any eye make-up on). I have played around with a lot of different eyeliners (and wasted a lot of money in the process) but some really do stay on better than others. What I've found works best for me is an Almay brand long lasting liner. Hope you find a solution that works for you!

Well my eyebrows were great when they were first done, but they have faded a lot. Now I just use the faint tats as a guide to pencil in my brows. I'm considering getting them done again, but as you said, it's very pricey.
