When I first found out that I had alopecia I was 21 years old it got pretty bad before my hair grew back now that I'm 25 and its falling out again I just can't stop crying I knew it was going to happen again someday now that that day has come I'm devastated. I always told my son is not how you look in the out side is who you are that matter and look at me. Why dose this have to be so hard I know it's just hair!

It is hard. You have every right to be up-set and anger, try and find a productive way to get that anger and upset out your system (gym or walking works for me) I know everyone has there own opinions on these things but I have had AA on and off for about 20 years and I really do find the more stressed out you get about it the worse it becomes. Try not to think of before as it doesn't have to be that way. I hope you feel better soon xxx
