It's an ill wind that blows nobody any good

All my hair fell out whilst on vacation last September, from having a full head of dark brown hair (not great hair mediocre at best but all mine)to nothing and have subsequently found out it ain't coming back.
So after a good cry I decided only to look at the positives of this.
A three minute shower means 20 more minutes of sleep,No misbehaving to sit staring at oneself in salon mirrors whilst having hair styled
(HA) legs & other body parts no longer have to be plucked, waxed, shaved
and other tortures that we inflict on ourselves. My family and friends have been fantastic and funny about the whole thing.Children's faces when out and about priceless and the best comment from my three year old nephew trying to figure out how do you lose hair on vacation
said "but I still love you."It's only hair ladies & gents. What are your positives?

Love the quick showers! I can have different shaped eyebrows of the week. When everyone is sweaty thanks to their hair I am not. Ooooh and I don't have to spend hours doing my hair :D

Absolutely I think that there maybe more upsides than downs,I think I don't really mind been bald apart from the cold

Yeah I hate being cold. I am at this point actually able to find myself attractive even without the hair. Not there with the eyebrows yet, but yay for progress.

No eyebrows a different kind of fish altogether.Have you noticed in films,tv,etc that either aliens or psychopaths are frequently portrayed without eyebrows. They add character to a face.I have decided to have mine tattooed back on

I'm contemplating getting mine tattooed on, but as of now they are growing back so I am going to wait a while.

And eyebrows are a necessity. Scalp hair I can live without.

I have always love making people laugh and now I can literally use my favorite joke: I promise not to wig out on you! Keep smiling.

My daughter who is 6 and lost all her hair would definitely give a thumbs up for not having to wash and comb out her hair. Now she doesn't have to have her hair pulled up for gymnastics. She hated that too. Plus her friends love it when she puts temporary tattoos on her head. And as a parent, I kinda like her climbing in my lap and not having her hair all in my face.:)

Love the idea of the temporary tattoos.I think your daughter is amazing to be so positive so young. Like to think I would have been but think not
