Yes I did it....Last night I took the plunge and a razor and shaved my head. Well I had some help from the 3 glasses of wine I had at supper when we celebrated our wedding anniversary! What do you know the world didn't end! I didn't have much hair left anyways and what I did have left was pure white.... I wish that stuff would fall out! Nope the "Granny hair" wants to stay.... Fine off you go with a razor! Strangely liberating....

Now the wig feels scratchy and awful on the top of my head. Can you buy a wig liner to put on the inside of the wig? I put a tissu or kleenex on my head before putting the wig back on because I couldn't stand the feel of the scratchy wig which felt like it was shimmying (spelling) back and forth on top of my head even though the wig was secure at the edges....It really is the most awful feeling......I don't want to wear those horrid wig caps which are no more than a nylong stocking which will work it's way off my head anyways. So does anyone have any ideas if you can buy a wig liner of some sort?

Any wig catalog or wig shop will have the liners.

I remember the day Pat took this step it was so liberating for her, hard but liberating the next step as swimming no scarf or wig then the big one a bald FB profile pic. PS Pat has a lot of wig knowledge. John
