Hair growing back as a side effect of new RAW food lifestyle

Well last year I was gifted another autoimmune disease called Rheumatoid Arthritis. I spent all year wracked in pain and downing all kinds of medication given to me by prescription. I was sick of feeling sorry for myself so I decided to do some deep research on nutrition. For a whole year because I knew this was not what I wanted for my life. I researched cancer cures, and other diseased body cures and all of them came down to better eating. Not JUST better eating but eating real whole RAW food. That means no processed or GMO (Genetically Modified)foods at all. That includes meat, processed meat, things boxed or canned. Go for the good oils like coconut oil if you must cook. I also use coconut oil for my head, face and body after I get out of the shower, so it really has multiple uses. Anyway, I have been doing that for a few months now and finally I am seeing some good effects..I am almost off all of my prednisone pills. Prednisone is something you have to ween yourself off of or your body will go into a painful shock. My pain is very minimal and is getting better every day.

Its gets better...My hair is growing back strong and filling in where I haven't had hair in years. I first noticed a dark shadow on my hairline ( I have a hair line now) all the way around my head. I decided to just use an electric shaver to shorten it instead of razor cutting. Every day it gets thicker and Now I am convinced that I will have a full head of hair in the future. I am convinced that bad food (the food we thought is good) is the culprit to most if not all disease. I will keep you all updated because I am so excited about this and I want to share it with everyone suffering. There is hope I believe. Google Raw food cure or something like that and get information ..I will look for good videos and post them If i can..research research research...dont quit ever.

definitely! I hadn't taken prednisone for 3 days now and all seems well in the RA realm. I am continuing to eat fully raw foods only and I feel good and am getting thinner so I know it definitely works for that. lol

i agree! I have been on a MOSTLY organic food diet for the last six months and my hair has started to grow back. I've recovered a lot of body hair and hopefully head hair will follow! For now just peach fuzz and some patches of dark hair.

Whoooohoooo MadiiBoo!!! So awesome! Keep it up. When I pass something I used to eat all the time or even smell something that I know tastes good, I replay this message in my mind "Will this nurture me or kill me?"

I agree and after eating healthy for long enough you just get disgusted by all of the processed food. I just have to find a better alternative for my sweet tooth!

I have found that keeping lots of sweet fruit in the kitchen helps me. My chocolate desires has somewhat eased because I am getting lots of natural sugars in my food already. Yea..once in a while I will throw caution to the wind :) pobody's nerfect ;)
