I've started back at my gym!! At first I was very, very timid. The hat I wear is from Lululemon and like normal ball caps it has a gap at the back where you adjust it. So, the whole gym can see my bald head (with the strands of hair that's left on my head). I'm onto week 2 and even though I get stares ALL the time, I could care less! I feel great. I'm not used to going to the gym decked out in makeup, but I am way more confident to face the world with my brows penciled on and my liner replacing my lashes. I walk with my head high and with confidence. Whether the stares I get are because of my baldness or the fact I'm always wearing a cap and have makeup on, I just pretend they all stare because I'm in great shape!

maybe they do stare if you are in great shape.. I did yoga for a long time, and am thinking will start with todays class again. I dont wear anything at yoga, which was shock for all my friends as I wore a wig and they had no idea. But they got used to it quickly. I would say drop the cap, it probably makes you stand out more, shave off what hair you have left and make a statement.. it is actually an accepted hairstyle now a women, for various reasons now actually choose to wear their hair like that. We have no choice but I found it so liberating to go out in public without covering up.

I want to go commando in public with my head. But, I don't think I'm ready for that just yet. Soon....I just need a little more time. I'm starting to finally take pictures without my wig, which is a huge step for me. This is all still new to me as it only happened in November. Most of my family has seen me without my wig....I don't believe in hiding it from family
