It has been several years since I posted. I check in once a month because it reminds me that I am not alone. I have worn wigs or weaves full time for the last two to three years. I finally shaved my head today and that is why I am posting. It feels freeing but I am not ready to let the world see me like this and don't know that I ever will. Even though I have come along way I am not there yet. I must say that I am grateful that there are so many options for women with this condition. I have chosen some great wigs and get compliments all the time on my hair (wig).
