I've now lost around 80% of my eyebrows. Joy.
I've been augmenting them - because they've been really pale and thin for a while - with a brown eye-liner pencil and it's been working well, but till now i've had enough hair to use as a shape guide for drawing on the brows.
I've heard about stensils and stuff, but I don't really understand how they work or where to get them. Can anyone help?? I know there are a few blogs and discussions up like this but am having trouble finding them :P

Hi Georgia,
You can find eyebrow stencils at your local drugstore or beauty store.

Thanks for that :) I shall definately go look.

To George: I'm afraid I've used so many creams and ointments and stuff over the years that haven't worked for me that I really don't think they'll help me. :) but I'm very glad that that product is working for you. Good luck with it.

Hello Georgia. I have lost most of my eyebrows over the last year. I use stencils by Anastasia. They are kind of expensive but they are a pliable plastic that adheres to your face so you can "fill" them in. There are different sizes. Its a kit and it comes with great instructions. I also use her brow powder and a neat pen like a felt tip that you feather brow in with. I got them at Ulta ( beauty/make up/hair) salon. They weren't cheap but I work with people all day and figured it was worth it. We are you know...worth the best we can be. It takes practice. Don't be afraid to wipe off and start again!

I used some stencils from Walgreens that were plastic pliable stencils with a powder. It came with a top coat that was a very light glue so they wouldnt wipe off accidentally. They also have sticker eyebrows available. Click the Marketplace recources tab and see whats out there. They also have a section of goodies at www.naaf.org.
Good luck

Do any of you know if they stay on well doing sport??? I train most days a week and really love it, but its fairly full on and I don't really want my eyebrows to sweat off as they do at the moment. any ideas??

Thanks again for your help :)

Hi Georgia
The Sydney Support Group person has her own site and sells the eyebrows that are apparently great. Linda is her name and you can check out the products on the link above :)
Take care
