has anyone else had this problem?
my head is smooth like a newborn head, however I hav a tendensy to pick at my head, now I have sores and they hurt, am I doing this because of tress or its just something to pick at,, or is it because i'm constantly touching my head looking for signs of growth?
Is this normal or is it just me?

"Dear God please let my hair grow, let others hair grow too,we are wonderful people and DO NOT deserve this.Everyday we deal with the sadness of the loss of hair.please hear our prayer and do what you can Amen

Leave it alone. Get your nails done so you are not tempted, and only slide the soft of your fingers over your scalp once a week at a particular time so you don't obsess during all the week. Sounds like a nervous reaction.
I went to a hormone/diet therapy person (quack?) the other day (don't want to buy her $2000 program), but she did wonder whether groundwater in our city (air force base, former arsenal) and the pesticides used by my pest service may contribute to the alopecia. Also, I have had alopecia in the years of more white flour foods and poor-girl's diet (not many fresh foods). Pets were around the year I got universalis. Who knows? Maybe the genes were God's "fault," but the onset is caused by something man-made or unresearched.
