This is one of the first photos of my new freedom wig. It's going to take a bit of getting used to but it's very like what my hair used to be, especially the colour. The hair feels absolutely lovely :)

I've got to have some more practice styling it though, when I washed it for the first time it dried a bit fuzzy so I had to straighten it (very like my own hair, actually!). It's also taking a bit of time for me to learn how to put it on properly , it can be quite hard to get it in the right place with no air bubbles.

Anyone else here wear a freedom wig & have any tips for a newbie? One thing I'm trying to sort out is what to do on a long plane flight - do you think I should wear the wig or take it in my hand luggage?

This looks just lovely! I love the colour on you, its very much like mine. I want to ask, do you find it comfortable? Does the vacuum cap feel like there is pressure or a "sucking" sensation on the top of your head? Do you find that your head can breathe? What about if you sweat, does it get trapped up there in the cap area? Sorry for so many questions.... :-)

It looks great - I'm counting down to get mine - should be within a couple of weeks. How does the suction feel?

It looks really great!! And you don't even need bangs! WOW! I have also orderes a vacuum wig. It will be a few months yet before it's done. I am so excited about it. I did have a vacuum wig about 12 years ago. It does take a good week to get used to it. I remember my head sweating a lot at first. But only the first few days. It does feel weird at first, but just give yourself time to adjust. It's kind of like breaking in a new pair of shoes. Oh yeah, and I find that a frizz control syrum works great for when you wash your hair, and it gets frizzy. It makes your hair look shiny and styling it is easier too. I'm so happy for you! You look really great. Have a nice trip, and just do whatever feels comfortable to you. Personally, I would be more comfy w/ a scarf.
