Thanks for commenting, Synnove. Even if our daughters don't listen "now," there's always the possibility that the seeds of good parental guidance will blossom at a later time. :-)

That is a powerful video and sometimes we don't even realize it is happening. Every once in a while I see myself getting caught up in the "beauty myth" and it is really hard to shake it.
