Random thoughts as I get ready for bed

Okay, so every once in a while I end up with too many thoughts to keep to myself, so I have to put them all down in my online journal and let you guys get a glimpse into the inner workings of my mind. So as my mind wanders, please feel free to let yours wander as well:

My head is so tender when my hair is growing back in (like it is right now) that I can barely stand it. Does anyone have any suggestions for what to do to relieve it?

I have noticed that scalp massages do a lot of good in promoting new growth (especially when Todd is doing the massaging.) I don't recall that ever happening in the past though, but maybe it's because I don't normally let anyone touch my head. Maybe there's something to that?

One other thing I've noticed when my hair is growing in is that I have a significant increase in the frequency and severity of my migraines. In the last two weeks, I've had 3 of them -- and I MIGHT have had 3 migraines total in the 18 months I lived in Memphis! I wish we had a dermatologist or some other kind of doctor on this site that could offer any reasonable explanations for this, becuase I am sick and tired of my head hurting all the time!

I think it's time for Todd to actually shape a hairline for me, but I'm not quite sure on how to approach it with him. He agreed to cut my hair and keep it nice for me while it is growing in, but I think that I may need to let it grow out for another couple of weeks. I also noticed that even though the hair on the top of my head is growing, the spots in the back aren't doing anything at all still. Historically, the back has always been the last to grow in, but the top and front tends to stay gone the longest. I try not to worry myself too much over it, but at the same time I can't help but be concerned because as long as I'm letting it grow I want it ALL to grow in. I'm sure some of you can relate to this one too -- what do you think about it?

I need to upgrade my iPod -- WalMart is selling the 120GB Classic for $250 dollars! I want to know if they are going to do any kind of sale on it for Black Friday, because if they are then I'm going to work some OT and get me one! Then I can put even more music on there and a couple of movies too!

I can't decide whether I want to be a fall or winter bride -- spring is okay, but summer is definitely out! Besides, being a spring/summer bride is so common that I don't want to be like anyone else!!! Suggestions would be welcome here too!!!

Anyway, my Benadryl is kicking in (damn that Indian summer and high pollen counts!!!) Feel free to leave a comment; until then I will talk to everyone soon!

P.S. Might not be around much this weekend; Tennessee State Univeristy is having their Homecoming festivities and I will be fully participating in the parade and the parties and the game! Happy Halloween, Dia de los Muertos and All Saints' Day to all of you!

Girl! Your brain works like mine...and that's a scary thing!! Honestly I am SO sleepy right now I'm not sure I can type :) But here are a few suggestions ... WINTER bride!! My wedding anniversary is November 4th ... 13 years!! Our wedding day was made EVEN more special because it snowed that day! First snow of the season. It was even caught on our wedding video ... too cool :)

I think there is a website www.blackfriday.com??? that is already listing specials for the BIG shopping day. If that's not the right website, let me know and I'll double check it....like I said, I'm tired!

I also want an Ipod for Christmas!! Think hubby and I are going to buy each other the new Nano's. I too want video and such.

I can't even begin to comment on the hair thing!! I am SO new to this craziness!! I've had ALL of my hair come back (sides last) to have it ALL fall back out!! My head is just itchy as hell and zitty ... sorry, gross...I know!! WTH is up with that?? I've got a volcano in one of my spots right now and it is driving me freakin NUTS!

No Indian Summer in Indy this week!! Colder than a Witch's you know what! I am SO freakin cold!! I think it might have SOMETHING to do with having NO hair on my head ... Ya Think!! I had on a hat, gloves AND a scarf on INSIDE my house this morning!! I mean really, OUTSIDERS Would seriously consider admitting me to the looney bin if they didn't know any better ... Stupid Hairloss!! But YES, last week I think I lived on Benadryl and Nasonex! Damn dead leaves!!

Then I go on a hayride tonight!! Good Call!! Now I'm itchy!! My husband is wheezy!! and my son is Sneezy!! Almost sounds like a group of small woodsmen :) Thank Goodness my Daughter doesn't have allergies!! SUCH a LUCKY girl :)

I don't have any headaches when my hair grows back or migraines for that matter SOOOOOO...no answers for ya there. I've been told diet has A LOT to do with outbreaks??? Who knows ... another CRAZY body malfunction with NO ANSWERS or cures!!

You are a LUCKY Girl!! You actually have a man that gives you head massages!! LUCKY LUCKY YOU!! Keep that one :)

Damn!! My dog just farted and it STINKS!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...on that note .....
TTFN,
