So, my brother is getting married next weekend. It'll be outside.....by the beach....probably windy.....*sigh*

Caved in and went to the salon to get some highlights and a cut. My hair lady chose 2 different highlights to use: blond and brown. I'm a strawberry blond.....

I'm pleased that using 2 different shades has given more texture to my hair so as to better conceal the "crisis" I've been dealing with on my head. I hope that it won't be too windy since a lot of pictures will be taken. I'll bring a mirror just in case and of course DH will alert me. I just want my brother and his future wife to be the center of their day and not my hair issues.

That being said, this past summer was tricky at the pool. Had to wear hats, scarfs and sometimes both to keep my hair from getting wet since I have to go in with my youngest. I don't like hats.

I hope I don't lose anymore patches before the wedding...

Great ideas from Bogie. A hat can be a lovely accessory - it really can.
