Sorry must have missed you again if you came in today, things are very hectic all the time. I know sometimes you can have a bad experience with dermatology and it can be very off putting but there are some nice people there. Please ask to talk with me next time you are at the salon and I can maybe help.

Beleive you did come to see us and spoke to George, but I did not realise this until after you had gone. You are coming back on Saturday. I will be sure to say hi. I have a lot of clients on Saturday but if I can I will talk to you about all your options. Have you contacted the NHS about your hair loss? Do you know you can get help from them?

We have something in common, I took a break from hairdressing and took an HND in electrical and electronic engeneering, Jewel and Esk Valley! loved it. Came back to my roots tho and now work with alopecia clients
