About Me:
I am a mother, wife, worker, and very blessed woman! I have had alopecia areata on and off for the last 10 years. Have finally managed to reverse it with major dietary changes and wanted to share my experience with those of you out there who are feeling as fearful as I once did. After going the steroid route and not having much success, I turned to other remedies. Upon realizing that Western medicine tends to cure from the outside in, I chose to heal from the inside out and this has made a world of difference in my life.

Hello,

How are you?

I've read the topic about your diet, how long did it take to see the effects?
