Fasting to reset the entire immune system for remission of autoimmune disease!

Hii just want to hear what people’s thoughts are about fasting for 3 days to reset the entire immune system. Is there really truth in this claim? I’ve been reading some studies done that it can be very beneficial in regenerating the immune system. I just don’t really know how safe this is to do and whether you can have some calories for each of these 3 days.ThanksPatrickSee More

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for the comment.

In my case, I also do not know what has triggered it, but it all just fell off. For the past couple of months, I started to get hair again in patches on my legs and in my armpits. I honestly do not have any expectation that it will reside completely, and I believe it may just be due to my immune system having other tasks.

What I have heard all along is, that Alopecia is a tricky decease and behaves differently on each person inflicted. I also heard that it may well be genetically triggered.

One thing I am positive about is that I do not have patches of hair on my scalp. The only bother I have had is mainly that sweat runs to easy into my eyes when kayaking or doing other exercises.

I hope you'r efforts bear fruit.
