- Im 27 yr old female and I have been suffering from the effects of hair loss since the age of 16.All my life I had long thick beautiful black hair.Every one in my family have good hair.I still dont know what triggered this hair loss but I lost more than 70 percent of my hair.I get sick and tired of having people pointing out my tinning hair and scalp visible through it and making crude jokes.Finding this site and reading about people with the same kind of problems and experiences gives me the courage and strength that I ve been lacking all these days.

Hi all,
Its been a long time since I ve blogged.The last time I did, it all came out very positive, but today not so much. Anyway after a lot of thought and encouragement from my mom and my hubby I finally summed up the courage to shave my hair off, totally!! I have very scanty hair , but the little I had I grew long because for a long time now I wanted to donate my hair to locks of love. Wierd right?! Well today was a spectacular day.After writing my story (I found my Inner peace) ,I felt so good that I went shopping.Guess what I bought??I bought hair accessories.Yes , I bought cute butterfly clips and those bling butterflys you can screw into your hair.Yup bling bling , all over me.Oh and I also bought some pretty bow clips and other miscellaneous stuff.Okay now you all must be wondering why Im glad about it.

This is my story.How I started out with long, dark, luscious hair and ended up wearing hats to cover my thinning hair.Here goes..
