- I've had Alopecia since I was in junior highschool. Just within the past 15 years has it gotten worse. I have 2 beautiful daughters and 5 granddaughters. I am hoping there is a cure or at least more awareness given to this condition so when they grow up they can deal with this condition,(if they experience it), in a manner that won't be as upsetting to them as it is for me.
