I was at yet another dermotologist today, burning through money to find a cure for my alopecia, which has recently transformed from a very manageable alopecia areata into a more daunting alopecia…Continue

I've had alopecia areata for 3 years now.  Actually even traveled from SoCal to Europe to seek out alternative treatments.  Along the way, I learned some important things many dermatologists are…Continue

"The baricitinib trial breaks down patients into three groups, roughly 1/3 in each group.  The low dose Bari is 2mg.  It's pretty well been proven safe, and Lilly believes the success rate with AA will be about 60%, and of those, only…"

"8 months should have been enough time to have had substantial regrowth.  Your subjecting your body to that, and now possibly more with no result....and if you go up to 20mg, it won't be sustainable without side effects... at least for some…"

Xeljanz Topical (Tofacitinib 2% Ointment) Online?

I was hit with almost all the side effects when I tried Xeljanz.  I lasted 4 months and had about 30% regrowth but had a fatty liver problem, a bacterial infection and joint pain, so discontinued use.  I'd like to try topical Xeljanz and am wondering if anyone knows of an online/foreign resource to get it that's cheaper than the $300 per ounce here in the US?  Any referrals would really be appreciated I'd really like to give non-systemic Xeljanz a try!See More
