then why do we keep it still for this Saturday since Alex request the day off just make it 2p.m.Or anytime after that? If that's okay with you guys

The day I can come on the weekend is going to vary since I find out the Thursday before when I work for the following week. You guys will just have to plan and then I have to hope I'm not working that day or at the time we meet. I can't request off anymore days this month since I requested this Saturday off. Just keep me updated!

Because Alex and Hector are coming from a little distance away I want to make it work for them. Since there are only 4 members at this time if only one person can come it isn't worth driving the distance to meet with just one other person. I hope we can get more to join so that if someone cancels or can't attend it won't be a big deal. So Alex and Hector get together and pick one weekend day that you both think will work for you.If Hector decides not to come to meetings then Alex pick a weekend day that works for you and Coni and I will be ok with that. I really hope we can get more members it would make it easier. Thanks for understanding.

Meeting for this Sat. at 1pm has been canceled until we can come up with a date that is good for us all. Coni, Hector and Alex talk to each other and figure out a day and time that works best for you all. The first couple meetings will be at my home but after that we can meet at a resturant that is closer to you guys like Upland. Talk soon

Are Saturdays good for everyone? Also I was thinking a good time to meet would be about 2pm is that a good time? How is Feb 21st or 28th for 1 st meeting?
