Debbi, I placed my order last July so it has been 8 months now and I have not heard anything except they are working on it.

Hi Bonnie, the "normal" time is 4 months but that can vary due to difficulty of getting certain colors and lengths of hair. In addition, the factory is particularly busy right now because of a large influx of orders to process. After you've recieved your fit cap and hair sample and approved them both, the time is usually about 8 to 10 weeks more. Hope this helps!

Can someone tell me what a "normal" wait time is between the time you are molded and place the order for a piece and actually receive it?

Kim, thank you so much! I'm trying to be patient,I know that this is not a simple process and worth the wait. I have worn wigs for the last 20 years atbese have been my favorite by far.
I wish I could have a long break like them too but I'm not jealous of the catch-up they have to do!
