Phyllis, it's good to hear about the new group! I tried to get the additional info but the email address doesn't work. Should there be an @ symbol in it? Thanks

Hi Again! I just spoke with the guy in Lake Oswego who is trying to get a support group started. He's targeting mid to late February for a tentative start date. Meetings will most likely be held at the west end Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation building. Stay tuned!

Hello Again Everyone! I have encouraging news to share! A rep from NAAF called me today to tell me there is a man in the Lake Oswego area that has submitted an application to start a support group. He has already recruited a medical advisor (a dermatologist in Tigarrd). Pending NAAF approval and identifying a meeting location, the first meeting could be as early as mid to late January. Keep your fingers crossed that this all works out!

Hi Everyone. I just sent an e-mail off to NAAF to find out what it takes to get a group started in Portland. Hopefully, it won't take too long to get a response. I don't know about you but, I can't wait!

I would love to go to support meetings. I live in Salem but am willing to drive to Portland if need be.

I'll check with naaf.org and see if there is an existing group or if we'll need to set one up. Stay tuned!

Look for a local support group at www.naaf.org
If there isnt a local group they can assist you in setting one up.
