My journey of Balayam

When I crossed 40 Yrs. Of age, like many, I also started loosing hairs due to male pattern baldness (MPB)whichruns in my family. Untill 45 yrs of age, I was quite complacent about my hairloss, I did not bother much, as I was sure that MPB has already set in and within next ten years, I will also become almost bald.

I am the youngest of three brothers. My one elder brother who was seven years elder to me, always applied oil in his hairs and had full thick set of hairs till his last breath (He died prematuredly at the age of 43), but my other brother who hated oil is now completely bald today, he is ten years elder to me and is 58 yrs old now and unfortunately I followed him and suffered.

When I was in my 44-45 yrs, I was looking at my receeding hairline in the mirror, I thought of doing something to cure my baldness.  I decided to try a technique which was popularized by a now very famous Yoga guru in India (Although, later I came to know that it is reflexology). I had heard about this technique, nail buffing  from many people as I had seen many people buffing their fingernails in public places. Many were doing itbravely despite the piercing eyes of curious onlookers.

I decided to give nail buffing technique a serious try as I had no option. I could not affordhair transplant as it was costly. I started nail buffing exercise at the age of 44-45 but I hated doing it at public places as I did not like people giving me nasty look. This restricted my nail buffing practice while I wanted to do it all the time as I was very eager to get my hairs back. I wanted to utilize my idle travellingtime like in bus or metro, but due to people watching, I could not do it.

One day I thought that the main purpose of nail buffing is to rub nails, what if I rub them differently. I improvised nail buffing to individual fingernail rubbing which I could do without getting noticed even in public place like bus or metro. I found individual nail rubbing quiteconvenient and doable in public places. I started doing it whenever I thought of my baldness and that too without anybody actually noticing it. I did it all the time or I will say with vengeance. I rubbed my nails till my fingers were tired or  were aching, literally most of the time. I saw nail rubbing a ray of hope in my persuit of getting my hairs back. I did not want to leave any stone unturned.

Soon, I realized that nail rubbing was making some difference in hair thickness. At some places  improvement was quite visible to me and I never looked back. I got more and more confident about the efficacy of nail rubbing and then I decided to popularize it by giving an Indian name to it. I called it“BALAYAM”. Why balayam, becauseBalayam means Vayayam for baal (in Hindi) means exercise for hairs.

I knew, there are millions like me who are suffering from baldness and have no money for hair transplant, can surely benefit from my experience and here is this website for all those who have lost confidence with their hairs. My only request is “Trust balayam as it is 100% cure but remember balayam is very slow to show effect. It may some time take 5 years to get hairs back like 16 year old boy or maybe more if baldness situation is really bad but if one sincerely desires and practices it, can surely get all the hairs back. One must have absolute desire to get all the hairs back and yes, one can get it, there is no doubt in this. Balayam is the cure for baldness.
