Interesting to meet up with fellow atheists for lunch today, all with different stories to tell. They meet once a month so will definately go to the next one.

" Atheism in it's fullest developement is religion gone haywire lol. It's extreme form can only be explained by psychosis" Thomas Merton "An athiest having rejected God strives to stamp out the idea of God and revelation. They even go to the trouble (like here) of organising and systematising their attack on God so that their atheism becomes a kind of religion turned inside out" LOL

Again, like I've said Dom, if you want to act like a child and make outright accusations rather than having a mature debate then I'm going to have to kick you...I don't have the time to deal with a troll.

To be a religion you have to have a faith and ahtesist don't have faith we don't say there is no god we say there is just not enough proof to say there is. Dom I have no problem with you believing in Zeus and that you believe he created lighting i just prefer to believe the scientific explanation of how lighting is produced. I certainly don't attack Zeus or your belief in him and to b e honest I have no desire to attack him because he would kick my arse if he was real and if he is not i would be wasting my time. Enjoy your faith and all it gives you and I hope if I am wrong Zeus rewards you for your sacrifices to him.
