Has anyone ever tried Yaffa Wigs? A lot of people seem to really like them.

I have a question about glues. I just bought two synthetic wigs yesterday, and I am looking for a glue. The wig store was out. Any good recommendations? I figured I would order online.

What are Yaffa wigs? I have a Follea Gripper Sport and like it but it was quite the process getting it to look like me. I'm waiting on my Freedom Wig from New Zealand. I hope it's easier to style…Continue

MB, never tried a gripper or vacuum. I usually just buy synthetic wigs.

I have worn a vacuum for over 20 years and I still love them, but I am also going to get a "gripper." I am very excited about it.

For me it's always the color that I'm worried about. I'm so picky. If it's not blonde enough it drains me and I look old. If it's too blonde..again look old..and fake. I recently got a lace front wig that was too dark so I had some highlights done but it didn't take easy and it's dry now. The color is just odd. It's flat. No shine. I've actually been adding my own stuff to it. I have extensions left from when I used to use those so I put some of those in around my face to lighten it up a bit. And I also have wefts I had bought and sewn clips in for when I just needed to fill in spots (when I still had hair..well, when it was on it's way out). So, I sewed some of those into the cap here and there to create some highlights.

Just so darn frustrating!

I've been wearing wigs a while and each time I have to purchase one, I feel overwhelmed. price is a major consideration, but at the same time, I want something decent.
