Hi everyone. Need some advice :)

In regards to wigs, who sleeps in them, and for how long do you keep it on? Those with Lace wigs, how often do you change it? I've heard of people needing to change them daily, others who change it monthly.

That leads to my next question. What is the best bonding glue, the one that does the best job and lasts the longest??

I'm also worried about lashes and brows - glues not doing their job and my brows falling off throughout the day. I've heard of people's lashes coming off during the day at the edges. I dont want this.

Anyway. Please, please help :) The more advice ,and the more happy stories i hear, the better i'll feel adn the more confidence I'll have in me in a wig and fake lashes/brows :)
Thanks xxx

Hey!

I never used to sleep in wigs till I started wearing lace front wigs, but I generally kept my wigs on for two weeks at a time. Any longer and my scalp would be really irritated, but if I wore then less than that I found it wasn't really worth the hassle of putting it on. I really like mighty tite, it was the best glue that I found because it didn't weaken in the shower, and I only needed to reapply on a few heavy pressure sights because of ponytails. For sleeping in the lace front, I would suggest getting a du-rag because it keeps the hair from knotting. I stopped wearing the lace fronts because they were too much of a hassle with me about to go off to college, and so now I just wear a Rene of Paris wig, however, I am hoping to soon get a freedom vacuum wig since it has the same security as a glue on lace front but without the hassle of glue and tape. As for the lashes and brows, I only ever lost my eyebrows which is weird, but anyways, I acutally got eyebrows tattooed on. If you can find a great cosmetic tattoo artist like Evie Delaney at the Nouveau clinic in Atlanta, Georgia then I would highly recommend it. I would check out her site first if I was you though so you know what they SHOULD look like. You want someone that will do individual lines and not just a block of color. I haven't ever used the glue on eyebrows so I can't really help there or the glue on eyelashes. I do know that you can get eyeliner tattooed on so that you have something there (plus easier to do make-up!!).
I've only slept in my wig once and that was because I was at a party and didnt want anyone to know that I had no hair.

It was uncomfortable. I have not used any glue or tape. I didn't know that those were available to use on the wigs.

As for lashes.. I am still looking for blinkies eyelashes. I heard that they were good.
