Looking to meet others who have alopecia in southeast Virginia (Hampton Roads, would also be willing to travel toward Richmond).

My alopecia areata is active again for the fourth time in my life (just found one spot yesterday), and I'm having the usual anxiety about how many spots I'll find, if they'll grow larger, if it will progress to totalis or universalis, if the hair will grow back, if my new insurance will cover steroid injections, if my new work schedule will allow me to go get the steroid injections, how I'll wear my hair, if there is make-up I can use to camouflage the spot, etc. etc. etc.
