I remember hearing clinical trials for tofacitinib citrate was going to start in August. It seems they are making a cream form of tofacitinib citrate for people with AU. Is there like a website or something where we can keep up with what's going on in the trials?

Im also wondering how long will it take them to convert tofacitinib citrate into cream form.

I know that NAAF will be following this closely. Go to their website or call them.

I am currently on the trial/study. Next week will be my first complete month.

That's awesome, How did you get on?

Are satisfied with the results?

Please keep us posted!!!!

Hey guys,

Not sure if I can as much as I would like to.

I will ask if its okay to document any progress on here.

You can join the study by contacting Dr King at Yale university and make an appointment. He is still recruiting for it. The cost is quite steep and there are risks as with any medication. If you find it difficult to contact him message me and I can send you his email address.

I'm very interested in this, I did my research when it first came out that the young man who was given it regrew all of his hair, but with the side effects of the medication I would never use it, so kind of put it out of my mind. If they are developing a cream to use topicaly that would be awesome. Hope they will allow those in the trial to share with us here.
