3 years ago, after horrible shedding, I discovered on my head a spot. It was in the middle of my head, I could easily covered it with my hair. Second one was also there, I was not sure if it was really a spot though. It was just close to the hairline and looked like thinning.

Those two spots never grew bigger but they also didnt not disappear. They remained unchanged. I havent been to the doctor, I was just putting many oils and herbs on them.

I have a lot of stress lately and I saw few days ago another spot. This one is really annoying because it cannot be covered so easily as the others. (not because of size, it is rather small again but because of the location).

I guess it is not a good sign for the future that those other two never grew back. Has anyone experienced something like that?

my spots showed up, but they weren't small. My "spots" were palm sized, at the crown of my head, and the whole right temple stretching all the way back to the ear.

There was one time when i had 3 of these puppies that seemed to connect. The right temple, crown and then the left temple.  At that time which was my worse, i wound up 3/4 bald.  A small patch of hair on the right nape was all i had left.

Within a few years?  It all grew back.  I had a head full of hair.  I wound up leaving my job, and living in NM in a small town that had extremely hard water. This time i went bald at the crown - out toward the hair line.  Which meant i had only a fringe of hair surrounding the scalp in a circle.  I used ACV rinses which get rid of calcium deposit build up off the scalp every week.  Worked great.

That finally grew in, then 2 years ago.. the right temple went to hell in a hand basket all the way up past the crown on to the left ear.:(

I started taking Iodoral (iodine supplement)  just on a lark, and am starting to get back a little fuzz, but that's it.

I keep getting this sinking feeling that sooner or later, i'm going to get a full head of hair back and a new big spot will show up.

It's almost like some omnipotent being is using my head as an Etch a Sketch.  It grows, then at a "whim", my hair gets erased in certain areas, and i have to start all over again.

I took norwigan kelp tablets twice a day to detox flourides from my pineal gland. I over did it and i ended up with hypothyroidism. Enlargement of my thyroid glands and no hair activity. Becareful not to over do iodine.

You lack probotics. Take it for life
I take BioK+ and it works

i'm hoping this isn't someone with a "vested" interest in BioK+.

It's bad enough that we have reps from "Freedom Wigs" popping up.

As for the probiotics? i take them every single morning.  I've been doing this since 2010.  Granted my skin and nails are better for it, i'm still getting recurrent bald spots.

Yogurt?

yep, they're pushing yogurt.

Probiotics can be in several forms.  I take it in a green smoothie every morning.  And no, my hair isn't growing down to my knees, trust me.

It looks great on the left side, but the right side is all fuzz.  If that!

Two months peach fuzz
