Permanent eyebrows near Los Angeles, CA

Hi all,

I have UA. I tried hair transplant for my eyebrows but most of them fell off :-( I'm finally convinced (after reading other discussions) that tatooing my eyebrows will look natural if done by an expert. Has anyone got it done in SoCal? If yes, how did you like it? How much was it? Any advice/tips is much appreciated. Thanks.
