I was diagnosed with alopecia about a year ago. I have total hair lost and my eye brows are have way  gone. I have never taken any prescriptions or medications for my condition. Recently noticed fuzz on my eye brows and small spikes sprouting from my hair. Ive also noticed my pubic hairs growing extremely quick. Im not even sure what I'm doing to cause this reaction. I know I started drinking lots of black tea. I just approved for Xeljanz but not sure if I want to start using it, or just continue the journey of my health path. Any advice??

No advice.  I have had alopecia totalis for 40 years. My hair came back twice.  Once for 20 years..  my mother dies in 2010 and 6 months later it all fell out and is still gone.

Im curious for your diet changes(if any) that may have happened lately? I changed my diet and have been having success with regrowth.

As far as my diet, not much as changed. I just recently started drinking black tea. May I ask, how has your diet changed?

Complete 180. I documented it on my post. I haven’t updated my pictures in awhile. I’ll do them soon. My pigment is coming back and having regrowth in the areas where it fell out. https://www.alopeciaworld.com/forum/topics/aa-for-3-4-years-partial...

Great. I read the post. I commend you on your journey. That takes alot of will power.

Thanks! Really all it took was changing my mindset. The rest came easy. There were some great quotes/statements in the book. Two that really stuck with me are "Feeling healthy never tasted so good" this was in response to when people said they couldn't eat the food because they didn't like the taste. "We let the 5-10 seconds our food is in our mouth and how it taste determine our health" So I told myself I am not doing that anymore. As well ALOT of the foods I eat are super tastyyyyy :)
