Cap of the wigs

I read about it a bit but I want people´s opinion about diverse caps of wigs. I know that there are machine-made and hand tied ones. I have a machine-made wig but I feel uncomfortable when I wear it for a long time. Are there other types of caps different from the ones we have in Argentina? I posted photos of a Jewish seller that imported hand-tied wigs from USA. Are they like this one?
