This site has wigs, haired eyebrows (for men and women), and head covers. 

I haven't ordered from there, but I saw someone in Alopecia Areata group on FB that has natural looking brows from them!

I use the eyebrow pencil from The Body Shop. Their eyebrow compact powder with a brush is good too. I use it to add more colour to my existing tattoo.

Also, a little while ago Shari shared her tip of using a tanner with bronzer to give herself semi-permanent tattoo (see the post on comment wall).

I follow her makeup advice, but the eyeliner looked so great, and honestly no one notices that I don't bother applying false lashes. I use brow paint that comes in a little pot by Anastasia brand found in Sephora., and use an eyebrow brush to apply, sometimes using aeyebrow pencil to add the hairs. 

But ultimately, it's the sealer that helps: found on bald girls do lunch website. Shipping was expensive so I would suggest going in with a few people for shipping. But it works! (And I am a face toucher!)
