Avalon Organics shampoo with tea tree oil

I have been using this every day for a few weeks and don't see much shedding anymore. Now how do I get back the hair I've lost. There was a doctor from Boca Raton that had a laser hat and products that claim to have brought back hair growth but they are very expensive.
