Losing hair on my head not as much as it was a few months ago. Started to lose eyebrows and eyelashes in beginning of Feb. I an still losing everyday. The one thing I do have is new growth on eyebrows in the areas I pluck. Don't know about the eyelashes. I don't know how to tell if I am going AU or just going through a phase. I know with AU u can have regrowth. I still have a lot of hair on scalp which the shedding is not stopping. Anyone have this happen where they started losing and started regrowth and still losing???? I don't know what to think. I believe someday s am OK and others I think I am headed toward AU.

I go through cycles of this usually once a year. Right now I have about 70% of the hair on my head, some brows and eyelashes. The hair on my arms grow in but falls out really fast. I haven't had leg hair in over a year.

This time last year I was completely bald, then by last August I had almost 100% re-growth on my head. I was even considering growing it out (I shave what I have). Then in October it started falling out again and has been at a standstill since about December.

I don't think you'll ever be able to really understand why your body is doing what it is doing. Regardless, it's not easy and is frustrating. I wish it would all go or all stay. That way I could adjust to whatever it's going to be instead of getting excited when I see a few new hairs, then get depressed when they disappear.

Good luck to you!
Alopecia is just so unpredictable. It's impossible to predict what is going to happen.
I know how frustrating this is. I'm right there with you!

The same thing is happening to me right now. I lost my brows, but I still have hair on my scalp, except the areas around ears, hair did not regrow there...
