Hi, I have been seeing this product advertised on television. I called them and asked them if it worked on clients with alopecia. They put me in touch with their customer service department. Their rep told me that they have had some success with people using it who had alopecia and reminded me that they had a money-back guarantee, but also reminded me that I would have to keep using it.
