Call for Exhibitors
October 2008

Dear CAP Kid Supporter:

On behalf of the Children’s Alopecia Project and all of our CAP Kids and their parents, I invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the 1st Annual Alopeciapalooza, a conference for children living with alopecia areata and their families.
This conference, the first of its kind, will focus on building self-esteem in children living with alopecia. Speakers and workshops are now being set up for young children, teens, parents and siblings. Each of these groups will work with and hear from adults who grew up with alopecia and have found success and happiness in their lives as well as a team of therapists, social workers and doctors who have experience in either self-esteem-building and/or alopecia areata. By keeping the cost of the conference to a minimum and offering attendees fundraising opportunities to offset their costs, CAP is expecting approximately 100 families from across the U.S. to attend this first conference.
Exhibits are located in an area that will provide you with excellent access to conference attendees. Friday night during our Meet and Greet and throughout the day Saturday, attendees will have time to visit the exhibits. Breakfast on Saturday and all refreshment breaks will take place in the exhibit area to encourage parents and children to meet with you to discuss your products and services.

Corporate partners are an important part of the success of CAP’s first annual conference. This is not a fundraising event for the Children’s Alopecia Project. Your cost to exhibit will simply help to offset the cost of attending so that more children with alopecia can have the opportunity to attend the conference, to meet other children who know what they are going through, and to work with specialists who can help them. Please join us in helping these CAP Kids to live more confidently so they will become stronger teens and more productive adults, and maybe even the advocates for alopecia in the not-so-far-off future.
Sincerely,

Jeff Woytovich, Founding President
Betsy Woytovich, Executive Director (Alopecia Areata since 1976)
Parents of Maddie, Age 10, who has Alopecia Universalis

PS - Exhibit spaces are limited - don't delay!
