About Me:: When I was 18 years old i started to loose my hair, it was all very quick. I was totally bald in just 14 days. I have now had Alopecia Universalis for about 7 years. I have been very ill for about 3 years in a neurological disease. I always have a lot of pain and sometimes I have trouble to walk and i easily fall. I've been treated for depression, anxiety and sleeping disorder since I lost my hair.
I still can't go outside in public without my wig. But if I wear my turban then it is ok. I guess I'm scared of what people will think. I live in a small town and I'm sick and tired of people staring. But I have appeared in some articles in magazines and newspapers in Sweden so I hope I make a difference to someone. I'm not giving up hope. One day I will be strong enough to accept my diseases.
