If you are determined to find it and are willing to open your mind and challenge in your own mind what you hear, IE: a woman has to have hair to be beautiful. Take a look at the member here and you will see that that is not true. The same beauty that they have is the same beauty that you have. You may like this blog.
Hi Mattye, I have had alopecia for 17 years. I lost all my scalp hair for 5 years, most of it grew back for about a year and then it fell out again. I am growing some hair again. But I keep it either shaved, that way I don't have to worry about whether it is growing or falling out.
Struggling to feel normal, is normal. But after so many years of having alopecia I kind of really like being different. In fact I am not sure that I am even happy that I am growing more hair right now. I find I ignore my hair now. I know that sounds funny... but it is true.
