So...I was researching wigs online and I found a web site called wigs.com and it seems that they have a nice selection. I just don't understand the difference between synthetic and real hair wigs. I know I want a human hair wig so I can style and wash it like normal hair, but I don't know where to begin. If anyone has any suggestions or comments they would be really appreciated. Also, if anyone knows a good website that sells human hair wigs please let me know.

Just researching.... I was wondering if anyone knew anywhere that I can get a all natural hair wig where I can actually try them on. I have searched and came up with nothing. Also what are the best ones? If someone could please let me know it would mean very much to me.

all you need to know is that if you love you, other will too!
There are many types of wigs. Human hair looks most natural and European hair is the finest. As far as caps, lace front wigs look most natural as it looks like it is growing out of your scalp. If you still have hair you might want to look into a regular wig. Vacuum pieces are very nice but you do have to shave every day so it will stick to your scalp. There is also hair replacement like from the Hair Club, Apollo. You can also check with Hair Direct. Have you called Debbie? She can help you.
If you have a wig shop in your town or nearest city, they may carry human hair wigs you can try on. European hair has to be fitted and ordered, but Indian hair is pretty good and you can find these at wig shops with adjustable caps.
I've had au for about 30 years -- just wanted to say hello and see how you are doing!
