I totally understand that. Because you know they are helpless to help you and they really want to.

Hey!!! I don't think I ever responded to your welcome message - how rude of me!!! Good to see some fellow Aussies on here too and great work starting the group up :c)

Cheers.

I bet! I can't even imagine (hypothetically speaking) watching my child go through that! My mom had a hard enough time watching me lose my hair. I can't even imagine what it had to be like for your mom.

Oh my goodness! Wow, that's a lot of going to doctors! I can understand that too, when I lost my hair, I was going to doctors like crazy and I finally gave it up and figured that I could live with a little, and even total hair loss. But I can't imagine being sick for that long. That's craziness!

See, mine was triggered by stress, but maybe it's because you were so sick that your immune system went haywire because it was so used to fighting. That's what alopecia is, and auto immune disorder. Your body attacks its own tissue.

hi there!! my photo is about two years ago but it was all I could "grab" at the time...

Nice to see you - you look great have you just shaved it all off or have you been like this for a while - you look like you have a good amount of hair... I have hair growing from the "stuff" the natropath gave me but its not enough to let grow yet...
