Thought it might be fun to have people post poems they have come up with. Whats neat is that you are working with a limited number of words, etc. So it is a bit challenging. Haiku is fun too. Maybe a Haiku contest? I thought of this after I came up with what I thought was a pretty good poem related to my alopecia. Here goes:
Watch rain storm pounding above
It plays the music of a misty symphony
Beating fast and frantic on my car
Beneath it, I stop the urge to moan and cry
From love crushed then gone away
Sing and sadly chant when life is most bitter
Ache for one who can love all of me in my bare beauty
