Yeah, while pulling a 200 pound or so Caddy food cart behind me. Slowed down to open a door, and the damn cart overshot my left foot as I was stepping, so my ankle, the back part where the tendons are, got lodged up under the bottom of the cart at first, and when the cart got bumped up cause of my foot, it came back dow and twisted my foot. And in a split second I heard and felt a sickening noise come from you know where. First few minutes, some pain, but as my shift ended, criminey. End result: Ripped some tissue on the outer part of my left foot, along with a nice blood knot. So, off work today, foot wrapped, Tylenol 3, and a bootie to wear at work.Hey Kasta, now we have two gimped foot alopecians here,lol.
