Great video and lady, thanks for sharing your story. And what helps you, etc Devon! I can relate and am working on the self care / stress reduction. If ever try no wheat, there are some alright rice pastas and even good zucchini noodles. I think it's it's the extras that can make g-free stuff more yummy.:)
