Only just seen this video it made me cry tpo as I can relate to everything she said. That I often just ignore myself that don't look after myself although I try and make sure others are well.
I have never linked it to the alopecia that maybe I'm avoiding a more deeper level in myself.
But I am going to make more of an effort, something like accept thr things I can't change and try to change the things I can.

I have alipecia areata. It started with a 3mm patch at my bang line .
