Hi Latina thanks for the friend request...I was an adult when I first lost my hair and that was traumatic enough, I don't know how you and others who got it as kids made it through...so to me you are already courageous :-)
Girl, my eyebrows & lashes are starting to drive me crazy. I noticed last week that I lost a chunk of my eyelashes again. My skin has been excessively oily and now my eyebrow liner last for only 5 hours if that. I am on the search for oil-free makeup and a new cleanser designed for excessive oily skin. Yes please text me whenever.

Hi Latina, thanks for your comment on my confidence. It has been a long journey for me and I was like you for a very long time. My number 1 supporter my sister June, kept telling me you are beautiful and you would be beautiful bald woman. I was afraid to let what hair I had left go and kept wearing my lace fronts. Well, as only God knows how to work his wisdom, she sent me a link to Bald Black Beauties. After I view the website, I shaved my head and added my picture to their site. That was step one. Step two was changing my profile picture on facebook, which was done two weeks after I shaved my head. Step three was finally stepping out into the world. I feel so much better and my sister cried when she saw me for the first time bald and said my God you are beautiful. http://baldblackbeauties.tumblr.com/
Thanks Latina! Ultrahold & supertape seems to be the best adhesives for a long hold so far without getting too sticky after a few days.I have tried quite a few and this is the only one that is good for me. I have excessive oily skin so I only bond my units if I am going out, weather is too windy, want an updo or ponytails, and I only keep it bonded for up to 7 days the longest.

Hi Latina. Welcome to AW. You are so beautiful in your profile pic. I have had all three stages of Alopecia (Areata, Totalis, Universalis). Right now, my body is slowly recovering from Universalis, but I think I am starting to lose a few eyelashes again right after they all grew in. Oh well life moves on. I read your profile...High Five on starting your own company!!! I wish you much success. I just recently started my own company too a hair replacement boutique. It keeps me busy and I am loving the whole process.
