When To Wear The Hair(?)
Hello friends!
I do have a wig now, a normal one, not my purple one. You all haven't seen it, I have no pictures of it up. The other brown one that I do have picutres of is really cheap and it got really ratty after a month.
ANYWAYS
I wore my hair almost everywhere. I wore it to school because I'm sick of jerks asking stupid questions. And I wear it really anytime I leave my hometown. But now that it's summer, I have retired it because it's too darn hot to wear outside.
But now, I'm turning 16 in 6 days, and a lot of things happen when you turn 16... things that need photo identification. Like my driver's license and my new health card. My dad doesn't want me to wear my hair for these things because it's not really me or who I am and I should look myself for picures like that. I'm not sure what to do though. What do all of you think? Also, since I'v been wearing my hair at school, do you think that I should wear it for my school ID card?

This is why I originally joined this site: because I needed a new license photo and didn't know what to write as hair color! My response from everyone was to write my original hair color, because it would appear elsewhere on my body, but to put on whatever wig I am most identified with/recognized by. I was changing from natural brunette to a blond wig at the time, so I listed brunette but had a blond photo. So, now I get no second looks when cashing checks etc., as I wear the blond wig to the stores and banks, and when I drive. Women dye hair all the time, so I guess anything is okay.
It is your license and pride, not your dad's. Bald is your hot summer look at home right now, not your professional, legal, shopping or school look. Wear whatever you intend to wear in life as a sixteen-year-old. You are about to be carded a lot.

Sorry, it's too late that I see this your blog. How did you decide? I would do as I felt most at ease. So I am going when renewing for the bald look. But what is the color of hair, then? None? Transparent? Haha
