Videos and comment threads, my Youtubes

Made a new wig video recently. Still maintaining my Youtube channel, obsessing over 'insight' and grooming my playlists. Some playlists are so old that some of the videos are gone, deleted or user account closed. I get a decent number of views. I hope my videos and essays help people with the shock of being diagnosed with alopecia, or the dread of realizing that it IS going to progress to Totalis or Universalis from Areata. I want to reach both those women (and men) who choose to go natural with it AND those who prefer to maintain a more mainstream appearance. I want to let new Alopecians know that people can and will accept them with a wig or nothing or hat or scarf, especially if they are quietly insistent upon it. People are more likely to be at ease with your appearance if you are at ease with your appearance. I had to start to stop wearing wigs (about three years after I was stricken with Universalis) by telling myself, "I can deal with how I look. If I can deal with how I look, so can everyone else. I am not itching to death, so that's good. If those people looking at me strangely KNEW what an itchy wig feels like, and why I have no hair of my own, they would not be looking at me strangely."
Whether or not this was true, it got me through those first few weeks of going totally natural. I dunno. I like the option of wigs, but I have about a three or four hour limit on how long I can tolerate wearing one.
