So my hair had started to come back and I was so excited, but now after a very stressful 2 weeks of withdrawals from taking Cymbalta my hair started falling out again. I had most of the sides come in, was still missing the top, but now the sides are going away again. Thinking very seriously about a Freedom Wig. I know they are expensive, but I need to bite the bullet. My one BIG concern is spending the money and then not being able to wear it. Here are my questions.
1. I live in Florida it is very hot. Do the wigs make you hot in the summer?
2. Do you have to be completely bald for the suction to work?
3. How often do you have to take them off and wash them?
4. Are they worth the money?
5. Where can I go to see them and try them in the South Florida area?

Please help if you have any answers to the above questions.

Thank You
STAY AWAY FROM CYMBALTA it affected my liver and the withdrawal symptoms are insane.

Hi Zeida, I had one of those suction wigs when I was totally hairless, I didn't really wear mine as it was not very comfortable and hot I live in VA and the only time I really used mine was for swimming. They are great for that. Have you thought about using a good lace front wig ? These are my favorite and worked best for me. You can use a little wig tape on the lace to help hold it in place. The cost of a suction wig was also too high I thought I was getting the best but I was wrong. Mine was made by another company though. Maybe the freedom wigs are better but I would rather buy a few lace fronts for the price of just one suction wig. God bless you :)

Thank you Rebecca. I did buy another wig that does not make me hot. It is partially hand tied and the front is lace. I am able to wear it when I leave the house and it does not make me hot. I am still holding on to the hope that my hair will come back. There is razor stumble all over my head excluding maybe three spots. Keeping my fingers crossed.
