Hi there beautiful people!

My testimony with alopecia and maybe how this going to help you. First of all I’ve been suffering from alopecia, one third of my life. I know how hard it is to deal with it, and I want this to stop just like you. They say it’s is incurable but sending people into space. We cannot wait for them to come up with a cure. If  they does it’s okay, but ‘m not going to wait for that.

I feel a great responsibility helping those who are also suffering from this illness . Through my research I came to understand that everything is connected and that the problem lies at the roots which is actually in our emotional bodies. The emotional body is the closest next to the physical. If you look at people with AA, they has all one thing in common and that’s having experiencing many extreme emotional misbalances in their lifespan and probably never really digest it. This is something that the body is saying through alopecia.

Our emotional body is related to the navel-chakra (Manipura or solar-plexus-chakra). Look it up if you can find a relation with this chakra and yourself. If this chakra is out of balance it relates to how we act in life and situations. Having the feeling not being in control, like those many emotional misbalances that happened before. There are many ways to heal or balance your Solar-plexus (Navel-chakra). People with alopecia can’t eat certain foods, this of course has everything to do with this chakra to, coincidence??

Yoga can really help us emotional, physical and mentally. So I suggest that you try that. Also 15min. kapalabathi a day, and practice nauli. You can look it up on You-tube how to do it. It  has helped me a lot.

Still I do not want to celebrate to early but for now it looks good. I also use spilanthes acella which help the hair a lot.

Metaphysics, I get it...

But really? A treatment for Alopecia?

Okay let's all take a deep breath and relax...Now what?

Practice consistently: kapalabathi and nauli each day, best on an empty stomach. At least 3 times a day. I know that nauli is difficult but keep practicing. After a while you can definitely notice the difference. My hair stops falling out and even slowly start to grow back.

I don’t want the give you guys false hope so I’ll keep informing  you guys about my process. Love you all.

Het helpt sowieso op emotioneel vlak maar ik was een tijdje gestopt omdat ik veel aan het reizen ben. Ik ga vanaf vandaag weer beginnen. Het is momenteel nog in een experimentele fase
